River Walk

Today we had a lovely walk to the river.  We explored the park and the river bank, we paddled and some of us caught fish. We had snack and biscuits too.

     

     

We were very lucky to see ducks, ducklings, swans and cygnets. 

           

Most of all we had lots of fun.  Thank you to the mums and dads who came with us to keep us safe!

 

Icky Doo Dah!

Author and illustrator Simon Murray came to visit us. He writes stories about a character called Icky Doo Dah and he told us how he started writing his stories. Then we had a go at drawing Icky Doo Dah. Simon gave us clear instructions and we listened very carefully. The results were AMAZING!
